Shipping Policy

Relax and Recover uses courier services and Australian Post for our deliveries depending on geological location. Shipping internationally is also available.  

For domestic shipping: Free Standing Shipping or a flat rate charge of $10AUD for Australian Post Express Shipping. This is applied at your cart during the checkout process. For international shipping: Shipping outside of Australia will receive a charge of $80AUD for DHL Express Shipping. This is applied at your cart during the checkout process.

We try to endeavour to dispatch our products within 48 hours upon receipt of your order.

Please allow for an additional 5 days for standard shipping due to COVID delays and 3 additional days for express. All International orders please allow for additional 2 weeks as there is limited flights out of Australia.

There may be Taxes, Duties and/or VAT applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery your is made. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge, and are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by Relax and Recover. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be effected, please contact your local customs office.
