Our Long Ice & Heat Packs have been specifically designed to help relieve any pain and swelling due to your surgery, engorgement and mastitis. Our Long Packs can be used hot or cold and cover a larger area than our breast packs.
The dimensions are 22cm x 11cm and fit perfectly into their covers.
Food-safe materials with BPA free ensure safety for mothers and babies.

Still haven't received my delivery, no correspondence from company. No reply from courier service even though I emailed them 4 days ago.

We have not recieved any emails from you requesting about your order, so for you to leave a 1 star review based off a postage company is disappointing. We recieved your order on a Friday and we packed your order up on Sunday and sent the tracking to you at 12:16pm on a Sunday. As we are a small business we tend to work through our weekends to ensure everyone gets their orders as soon as possible. I will be more than happy to follow this up with the postage company. Ice that needs to be in everyone’s freezer!
I am now three days post op and my Relax and Recover box has literally saved me. I have used everything in the box and the ice packs have been a god send. A must buy if you are having surgery.
